Let's start with the clever Tommee Tippee Mini Moments Cards, although these are unfortunately just promotional cards, and not available for purchase - but I really love them, so thought that I'd share anyway - and then maybe Tommee Tippee would eventually make them widely available.
Unfortunately my boys are both too old now for us to really make full use of these cards, but I so wish I'd had them when they were just born, as they are just adorable, and such a brilliant way of encouraging you to take pictures of not only 'first', but also highs and lows, which you can look back on in the years to come. There are lots of different cards, which cover up to the 1st birthday. The cards have cute illustrations of animals on the one side for all the highs, such as today I am 1 week old, 2 weeks old, 1 month old, etc, as well as 'I Slept Through The Night' , "Today I Learned to Crawl' or "Today I Stood Up. On the other side of the cards, there are writings about some of the lows any parent will also experience, but written in a humours way, such as 'Today I Threw Up on Mum', 'Last Night I Pulled An All Nighter', 'Today I Drove my Mum to Drink" or Today I did an Explosive Nappy. These cards are so cute and funny, and really a must have, so please Tommee Tippee start selling these pronto, and you'll be loved by more parents than you'd thought possible.
Or there's the adorable Tommee Tippee Hugs 'n' Cuddles teddies. Both our little boys have had a little blue puppy from they were very little, and they love that they are so soft and cuddly, and that they have a little rattle inside. If your little one sleeps with a teddy, this would be a good one, as it is so small that it doesn't take up all of their small bed, yet still safe, with no parts (including eyes that can come lose). The small size also makes it perfect when you're on the go.
Finally, there's these Tommee Tippee Weaning Straw Cups, which have a soft silicone that is helping them to learn drinking from a cup, while still being gentle on the mouth and gums. The BPA free cup has handles on either side, which can however be removed as bub grows, and the curved sides of the bottle makes it easier for little hands to grip. The straw on the bottle also flips down to prevent spills when you're out and about. And what I really like is that it has a valve that is a lot easier to clean, so there is no risk of bacteria building up.
