Yay it’s finally Friday, which means time for the next instalment in my Friday Fragrance series. Today it is about another scent that I’ve had for quite some time, but which still remains a favourite - I am talking about the Paco Rabanne Lady Million Eau De Parfum.
Often fragrances quickly drop in prices not long after their launch (think celebrity fragrances, which you can often pick up for a bargain just a few months after they’re released!), but when fragrances hold their value, to me, it is clear sign that we’re talking about a quality perfume, and the Paco Rabanne Lady Million Eau De Parfum is one of those.
Paco Rabanne Lady Million Eau De Parfum is “the one who leads the game. Excessive with sympathy, the best won't ever be enough for her. She embodies THE woman, the one who every woman dreams of being, and who men would love to seduce!”
It contains;
- Top Notes: Neroli, Lemon, Raspberry, mint
- Middle Notes: Jasmine, Orange Flower, Gardenia
- Base Notes: Patchouli, Honey, Amber, vanilla
This fragrance has so many of my favourite ingredients, including lemon, jasmine, gardenia and patchouli, so needless to say that I am a fan.
This scent is a white floral, citrusy scent, that has a touch of fruity sweetness thanks to the raspberry and the honey, but yet is not too sweet because of the zesty lemon the amber, which gives it a slight woodiness, along with vanilla that makes it a little powdery. I find that it is a ‘mature’ scent as it is slightly heavy, so it is also a great scent for a night out. It has a good longevity, easily lasting all day.
It comes in a stunning luxurious bottle with a golden lid, and it comes in a golden box too, and everything simply oozes style. I’ve got a special ‘key ring’ edition with a refill bottle, but I am not sure it is actually available anymore - but while I love the scent, when I do repurchase, I would aim to get a standard bottle as I simply never bring a bottle with me out anyway, and certainly never in my key chain.
