Industry News: Marc Jacobs Launching new perfume, Honey

I don’t know about you, but I’m absolutely in love with Marc Jacobs perfumes. I have a couple including Daisy, Lola and Kumquat.

And now Marc Jacobs is launching a new perfume, Honey. The Honey bottle is similar in style to Dot, which was launched in 2012.




Honey is said to be a vibrant, bold and spontaneous enchanting floral fragrance. It has top notes of pear, fruity punch and juicy mandarin; a heart of orange blossom, peach nectar and honeysuckle, while the base has honey, golden vanilla and smooth woods.

Marc Jacobs Honey will launch in US in July/August 2013, and insider information confirms that the perfume will be launching here in Australia later in the year!

My guess is that we will be seeing this new perfume on the shelves here in Australia as we head towards spring, but only time will tell – I will be sure to give you an update as soon as I have one!!


And I know I want it already. I absolutely love anything with the slightest bit of citrus scent, so the inclusion of juicy mandarin has already convinced me!

      Yeah, it really is cute!! I dont know yet, by my guess is that it will be out before spring....so you may be in luck for your birthday!

    OMG!! I love the packaging...it's so cute!! I want this! I don't have any MJ perfumes at the moment but would love to own some...I'm on a perfume spending ban until I've used up the 4 perfumes I currently have.

      It is so cute, isnt it!! I have so many perfumes, that I dont actually remember using up any, ever....and I keep buying and getting some. A girl can never have too many perfumes ;-)

    To be honest I haven´t ever tried a parfume from Marc Jacobs ... I´m only so proud on my new sunglasses from Marc Jacobs ;)

      You really must try his perfumes, they are so gorgeous!! But in saying that, a pair of sunnies, isnt half bad either ;-)

      Yeah, it really is cute - I keep all my perfumes in their boxes in a dark cupboard to preserve them -but it would almost be a shame with this one, it should be out on display!
