Not long ago, I talked about why a good nights sleep is so import to your health (you can see it here in case you missed it), but it is equally important that your sleeping environment is healthy, so I also recently talked about how my husband and I protect ourselves, and our children from allergens while we sleep and having a healthier sleeping environment (which you can read about here).
But today we’re talking about kids and bed wetting. Our big boy is getting out of nappies at night, but obviously has some accidents. And as a busy mum, there is just nothing worse than having to wash all his bedding every morning. Or even change it during the night. Frustrating for me, and not great for him to wake drenched either.
