Just over a year ago, Katy Perry launched her Indi Fragrance, which you can read more about here. And now, a her newest version, Indi Visible is hitting the shelves.
“INDI VISIBLE is a beautiful extension of the INDI fragrance with sexy musks, fresh florals and warm woods, but its essence is about celebrating your individuality to stand out in the crowd, but also using that individuality to make each other stronger.” - Katy Perry
The INDI VISIBLE contains the following notes:
- Top Notes: Pink Pepper, Plum, Vanilla, Rum
- Middle Notes: Coconut, Gardenia, Tonka Bean
- Base Notes: Sandalwood, Patchouli, Musk
And this light blue colour did have me fooled at first, as I simply took it for being a fresh aquatic scent, which is really isn’t.
The INDI VISIBLE is a sweet scent thanks to the plum, but it has a powdery sweetness thanks to the vanilla and tonka bean, while the gardenia and patchouli gives it a fruity feel and the sandalwood and musk, makes it well, musky and a touch sensual too. It also has rum added, which I have to admit that it is the first time I’ve ever seen that in a fragrance, and I am honestly not really sure how to detect that note.
As it is an eau de perfume, it also means that it lasts fairly well throughout the day, though I do feel the need to re-apply if going out in the evening too. It's a good everyday scent, and great all year round too.
Regardless, I admit that I do prefer the original INDI scent, but regardless this new INDI VISIBLE is a lovely scent and definitely worth checking out.
