PRODUCT REVIEW: INIKA MINERAL EYE SHADOW AND EYE LINER FROM RY

You may recall that I’ve previously talked about an amazing Australian brand called INIKA, which creates the most beautiful products made from pure natural botanicals and minerals, and are certified organic too. Thanks to RY  I’ve put some products to the test, including the INIKA Pressed Mineral Eye Shadow Duo in Gold Oyster and the Eyeliner in Black Caviar*.

Let’s start with the INIKA Pressed Mineral Eye Shadow Duo in Gold Oyster, which is a duo eye shadow with two shades, a medium shimmery golden and a darker summery golden.

• These eye shadows are super pigmented which means that you can easily build it up to be quite intense, but of course also just apply it in a subtle look. It as a great wear, and even on my greasy eyelids, it stays put throughout the day, without fading, sliding or setting into the fine lines, and that’s without the use of a primer!! 

• The shades are absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a neutral eye, and perfect for my green eyes too. You can of course use either shade on its own too, applying it all over the lid, or use the lighter shade on the lid and the darker shade along the crease line and along the lash line to add more depth and dimension, and a more dramatic look. 

• And the INIKA Eye Shadow Duo is great paired with the Eye Pencil which is great for defining the upper and lower lash line. I’ve been using the INIKA Eye Pencil in Black Caviar which is a black shade. 

• The eyeliner is also very pigmented and one single stroke is sufficient for a fully saturated line. It has a creamy soft consistency that makes it easy to draw a line without dragging at the sensitive eye area. And like the eye shadow, it stays pt all day, even staying put when my sensitive eyes water during a walk with the dogs and kids.

Overall this Eye Shadow Duo and the Eyeliner really are great. The products are easy to apply as they are so pigmented, they are beautiful to wear, and thanks to their high quality, they are so long wearing too. I also love that they are free from any harmful chemicals that can irritate sensitive eyes.
