TOY REVIEW: KIDS DRESS-UP COSTUMES FROM TONO FROM PINK POPPY

At our house, it is almost Halloween every day, as our two little boys loves to dress up in costumes, with their favourites the typical boy themes, and lately they've been having so much fun being Knight and Pirate thanks to some cool dress-up costumes from TONO..

The Knights Costume is a quite elaborate costume. It contains a padded armour vest that is super easy to take on and off for even a small child, thanks to the velcro sides. It also comes with a 'mesh' armour hat, made from soft fabric, but looking so real that you can almost mistake it from being made of metal. To complete the set, you can add a shield and a sword, both made from lightweight yet durable foam material. My 4yo is seriously having so much fun dressing up can calling himself 'Lego Nexo Knight", pretending to save the day.

The Pirate Costume on the other hand, is a little more simple, containing just a top that can be slipped over any other clothes, immediately changing your little one to a cute little pirate. In the picture, we've paired the top with an eye patch and a pirates hat we already had, for a more complete outfit.

Dressing up and role playing really is something all kids love, and these outfits have been very welcome to our boys' dress-up chest. The costumes are very well made, and will survive a bit of rough play too, while looking very adorable. We particularly love the Knights outfit, which has hardly been off our big boy since he got it, but there are heaps of other cool costumes available from the TONO range, including cute princess outfits for girls too, so be sure to check them all out.
