The World Oral Health day is celebrated on the 20th March every year and is considered as an international day to celebrate the benefits of a healthy mouth and to promote worldwide awareness of the issues around Oral health! Surprisingly, research has shown that 70% of Australian households fail to complete a daily 3-step oral care routine.
To maintain a healthy mouth, a 3-step routine of brushing, flossing and rinsing with a mouthwash twice daily is recommended. It helps keep the mouth healthy, and kill bad breath germs and reduce plaque which can lead to oral diseases such as tooth decay.
It is believed that it takes 21 days to form a new habit, and with this in mind, leading mouth wash brand Listerine has announced the launch of 21 Day Challenge; a new campaign which encourages consumers to improve their oral health routine and discover the benefits of a healthier mouth in just 21 days - Take the 21 Day Challenge for a healthier mouth!
These will be the benefits..

  • Day 7: You’re getting better plaque control
  • Day 14: Your teeth are stronger
