So yet another month has gone, and I’m very excited as it means winter has finally ended and it is now officially spring, my favourite season as everything comes alive again. But I’ve also been looking forward to the September Bellabox. I always am, but last month they included a spider alert with a brand included in this months box, Tarte, which I’ve been looking so forward to.
This month Bellabox has the theme ‘Spring Shake Up’ and it couldn’t be more appropriate.This is what was included in the box;
Evodia Whitsunday Coconut & Lime Hand & Body Wash, Sample, 100ml - (RRP: $13.95 / 400ml)
I’ve previously tried the Evodia products, and they are so gorgeous and smell absolutely divine. I am not usually fond of coconut scented products, but on the other hand, citrus is one of my faves, and the addition on the lime, does give this hand and body was a lovely scent.
Vitamasques Sleep In Mask in Pearl - Full size - (RRP: $3 / 4g)
I’ve never seen this brand before, but this little mask, shaped like a pink seashell is somewhat adorable. This Pearl one promises to make the skin more luminous, and all while you sleep. Sounds good to me.
Pur Cosmetics Fully Charged Mascara, Sample, 4ml - (RRP: $29 / 13ml)
I absolutely love the Pur Cosmetics, and currently using among others their bronzer and powder foundation and both are amazing. So needless to say I am excited abut the inclusion of this mascara. Plus, while sample products can be cumbersome to use, I actually love sample mascaras, giving me an opportunity to replace more often than when using a full sized one.
Burt’s Bees Moisturising Lip Balm in Wild Cherry - Full Size - (RRP:$6.95 / 4.25g)
I absolutely love the lip products from Burt’s Bees, and in fact currently have the pink grapefruit on my bedside table for use at night, so excited to be having this one as a backup when I run out. I love that these are 100% natural, and needless to say that it smells divine.
Tarte Tarteist Quick Dry Matte Lip Paint - Full Size (RRP: $29 / 6ml)
and now this is the item I have been so excited about. And even more so as I was able to select the shade myself, with a choice of either a nude shade or this stunning bold dark red, Vibin. The lipstick dries matte and promises to be super pigmented and be transfer proof, staying put all day. A quick swatch and I am so in love with this, so cant wait to put it to a proper test soon.
Finally, the box also came with a bonus sachet sample of a Natures Commonscents Goats Milk Body Wash. I do find sachet samples a tad fiddly to use, but it is a bonus sample, so really cannot complain.
Overall, this is an amazing box. Needless to say that I love the Tarte lippie, but also excited about the Pur Cosmetics Mascara and the Burt’s Bees Lipbalm. I would have loved the Evodia in a scent other the coconut, but regardless do love the brand, so can’t wait to try it. And that little Vitamasque shell with the night mask, does sound lovely too. In terms of value, the Tarte lipstick on its own, and the box is already great value, but on top you also get the larger Evodia Wash, the Pur Cosmetics Mascara and the Burt’s Bees Lipbalm along with the Vitamasque. I am seriously impressed Bellabox, these boxes keep getting better and better, so I am already looking forward to next month’s box.
