Just how adorable is this little puppy, Storytime Buddy. And even more so when you can snuggle into this interactive toy, and at the same time explore stories about Buddy and his friends while building reading skills and learning about emotions, shapes, numbers, colors and opposites.
Buddy the puppy has five-colour LED which lights up as Buddy talks, he comes with five books, and responds to buttons on his collar and paws, with music and ABCs. Buddy also has a nightlight feature to send little readers off to sleep.
While reading one of the five included books, Buddy will help teach the kids early early reading comprehension as well as core skills such as vocabulary, opposites, feelings and emotions, shapes, colours, numbers and letters, music and rhythm, as well as encourage reading aloud to reading along.

- Buddy to The Rescue - learn to identify emotions
- Bella’s Mystery Morning - learn about colours
- Cooper Finds a Way - recognise opposite words
- Mona Follows a Clue - learn number words
- Pepper on the Job - learn identify shapes
Buddy is activated via his four paws, with a function for each, including Book Paw, for reading and answering questions about the book, Music Paw to sing along to happy learning songs, ABC Paw to explore words and letters from the story, and finally, Nigh-time and Bedtime mode, where you can press twice for lullabies and a night-night, or press once to get Buddy to quietly read a story and then play 10 minutes of soft lullabies.
On Buddy’s collar there is also a light-up-dag bottom that you can press to hear him talk and sing.
My 3 year old has always loved teddy bears and love that with the puppy he can now ‘read on his own’!! Makes he feel like he’s such a big boy. The learning about the alphabet and which words start with the different letters is also a great feature that he is really enjoying, and that he is continuing with this 'play' throughout the day, whether he is playing with Buddy or not. He’ll constantly say, ,"A is for apple, B for banana, and B for bee” and so forth, really making him think about letters, their sounds and words too, which I think is so fantastic.

This is really such an adorable puppy that will help with early learning skills, but I also love that its is a cuddly soft to that an even can help the child fall asleep with a soft light and lullabies.
