The Medik8 H.E.O Mask is a two-step overnight mask based on elements of moisturisation - Humectants, Emollients, Occlusives (hence the name H.E.O!), which work in perfect synergy while you sleep to increase the skin’s moisture levels, helping to repair the skin barrier, and prevent transepidermal water loss.
The Medik8 H.E.O Mask comes in two tubes;
💙 The blue tube is step one and contains a cooling water-based blue gel to replenish hydration with Hyaluronic Acid, Glycerin and other Humectants. It is lightweight and absorbs instantly.
🤍The white tube is step two and has a silky nourishing cream with emollients incl Squalene, Ceramides and Dimethicone to lock in hydration, nourish and support the skin barrier and form a protective layer on the skin to prevent transepidermal water loss. It is rich yet surprisingly light and absorbs beautifully without being greasy, leaving my skin silky soft.

◾️Having combo breakout prone skin, I did worry it would be too intense and rich for my skin, but I’ve been enjoying using it a few times a week, and love how hydrated, soft, smooth and glowing it leaves my skin in the morning.
