What is it about jewellery that you love the most? What made you decide
to launch the store?
With a background in
design I naturally have a have a passion and an appreciation of aesthetically,
beautifully designed things such as jewellery, clothes and shoes. Since a young
age I have always expressed myself through the clothes, shoes and jewellery I
wear. Jewellery and fashion is my life and it is what I love.
Whereabouts do you source your pieces from? What do you look for in
particular when purchasing new stock?
The jewellery we offer
is sourced from New York, Paris, Canada and Israel predominantly. I look for
quality; it is important that the gold plating of the jewellery is thicker than
2 microns. Cheaper costume gold-coloured jewellery is covered usually in less
than 1 micron of gold-plating. I also have an appreciation of crystal and
gemstones, so it is vital that the pieces we offer are made from semi-precious stones
and gemstones and not inferior materials.
