PRODUCT REVIEW: QTELIXIR QUARTZ TREATMENT ELIXIR WITH GEMSTONE MINERAL INFUSION

Today I’ve got something exciting to share with you…a product that is using an exclusive Gemstone Technology Mineral Infusion, to combine the energy and powerful healing properties from botanicals with the energy and powerful healing properties of exclusively selected gemstones.

I am of course taking about the Qtelixir Quartz Treatment Elixirs.

There are several versions available with different unique gemstones, each providing its own benefits, but the anti-ageing elixir remains the same, but when powered with a unique Gemstone on the bottle to capture that stone's essence and vibration energy, it reacts to the stones crystalline energy to match, amplify and support the skin’s needs.

The anti-ageing elixir contains a combination of certified organic and wildcrafted botanicals, herbs, essential oils, including among others;

  • Certified Organic Camellia Seed Oil, high in fatty acids and vitamins A, B, C to help rejuvenate, nourish, restore and renew while fighting the signs of ageing
  • Certified Organic Jojojoba Oil with Vitamin A and E to soothe, control acne and act as an anti-inflammatory
  • Certified Organic Hazelnut with Vitamin B6, proteins and fatty acids to regenerate, strengthen, tone and tighten the skin
  • Certified Organic Argan Oil rich in fatty acids to nourish and sooth and reduce appearance of lines and wrinkles, encourage skin cell renewal and hydrate
  • Organis Rosehip to deliver retinol and retinoic acid, to maintain a youthful complexion
  • Organic lemon peel to brighten and lighten the skin\
  • Vanilla to soothe and calm irritated skin
  • Certified Organic sweet almond oil to moisturise, soften, calm and prevent wrinkles, while preventing acne with Vitamin A
  • Rose Otto Oil with moistursing, anti-ageing and rejuvenating along with antiseptic and astringent properties to treat acne prone skin.
  • Neroli Oil to assist with regeneration of skin cells and improve skin elasticity, and treat acne, and scarring
  • Lavender Oil to promote new cell growth and balance sebum to prevent blemishes
  • Frankincense oil to smooth wrinkles and balance oily skin
  • Rose Geranium Oil to regulate sebum, encourage wound healing and minimise wrinkles
  • Rosemary Oil to ease congestion, and protect skin UV damage
  • Vitamin E to lock in moisture and protect the skin from free radical damage.

All in all the ingredients help “improve the complexion by stimulating cell rejuvenation, reducing the formation of wrinkles, increasing hydration, supporting elasticity, firming the skin, reducing skin irritation and protecting the skin from free radical damage, giving new life to ageing skin.”

I tried the Qtelixir with clear quartz , which is said to help “amplify all along with balance and purity, while also enhancing the regeneration and re-oxygenation of tissue and cells, working as an anti-inflammatory and detoxifying the skin”.

It is also said that the Clear Quartz “holds a dynamic hologram of the soul and universal knowledge. This abundant crystal seems to instinctively know what is required. By attuning to your frequency, it transmutes negativity, amplifies energy adjusts your vibration field, and raises your consciousness. This deep soul cleanser removes the seeks of karmic dis-ease, detoxifies the emotional field and balances your mind. (Judy Hall)”

The actual elixir or serum if you like, can be used both and/or night, and has so many uses from face, neck and décolleté on its own, or under moisturiser, but it can also be used as a nail oil or even as a hair oil, which I personally find it a little too precious for, as while it is quite concentrated, my long thick hair would use up the small bottle way too quickly.

So I’ve been using it only on my face and décolleté, and mainly at night underneath my usual night cream. It has a light consistency, and again, as it is so concentrated, you just need a few drops, which is easy thanks to the dropper inside the bottle. As most oil based serums, it does take a few moments to fully absorb, but once it has, the skin is left velvety soft with no greasiness at all, so great for my ageing, combination blemish prone skin.

So what are my thoughts. Firstly, just got to love that stunning bottle with the crystal with the face of the bottle with the golden engraving “I am” just stunning. It also have a beautiful natural floral scent thanks to all the added natural floral oils.

While I have not seen any major difference in the amount of breakouts that I’ve been getting, I do feel that my skin feels extra soft and smooth in the mornings after I’ve used it, with my skin clearly enjoying the intense moisture and nourishment from all the natural ingredients, and therefore looking more plump with smaller lines and wrinkles appearing less visible, as wells my skin looks well rested, and not to mention, it has such a gorgeous healthy even radiant glow.

The elixir doesn’t come cheap, but again, it is extremely concentrated, and I love that it is so unique and made using 100% natural plant based wildcrafted and certified organic ingredients and that it is free from all the chemical nasties including sulphates, parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, PEGs, SLSs and that it is Cruelty Free and Vegan.

The high price is also explained by the added quartz, and by the way, each product comes with a certificate of authenticity, so you know that no synthetic gemstones have been used.
Again, the clear quartz with its anti-inflammatory and detoxifying benefits is a great match for my skin, but there are heaps of others available including Rose Quartz, Amethyst and Obsidian, so there is truly something for every skin need.

I am so in love with this elixir, as not only is my skin clearly loving it, it is also both luxurious to use beautiful to look at, so I definitely highly recommend that you check it out.
