ENTERTAINING XMAS GIFT IDEAS FOR KIDS

If you are looking for some great gift ideas for little kids, then why not give them an entertaining movie that they'll watch over and over again, while giving you a little relaxing time at the same time. No, I am not one of those parents who constantly park my little kids in front of the TV, however, there are times were the TV is very valuable, and in those situations, why not give them something fun to watch.

One of the newest movies to hit the shelves is the Trolls Holiday from DreamWorks featuring Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake. And who won't fall for the adorable trolls. The movie is about the queen of the Trolls, Poppy who learns that the Bergens no longer have any holidays on their calendar, so she enlists the help of Branch and the rest of the Troll gang on a quirky mission to fix something that he Bergens don't think is broke, and bring a brand new day of celebration to Bergen Town. But just because Poppy won't rest until the village embraces Ticklepalooza or Balloon Squeal Day doesn't mean the Bergens are ready to launch a celebration as loud, crazy and glittery as the little Troll suggesting it. This is such a cheery and happy movie.

Another suggestion would be the Nickelodeon Paw Patrol Jungle Rescues, which features seven different Paw Patrol including;

  • Tracker joins the Pups!
  • Parroting Pups
  • Pips Save a Giant Plant
  • Pips Jungle Trouble
  • Pips Save a Dolphin Pup
  • Pips Save Walinda
  • Pups and a Whale of a Tale

The Paw Patrol adventures include a double length special featuring jungle pip, Tracker. Tracker will team up with the Paw Patrol to solve the mystery of Monkey Queen, protect baby snakes and stop an out-of-control plant Plus he'll rescue a monkey from ancient jungle ruins and more. If your kids love dogs and the Paw Patrol, then they're sure to love this special edition.

Finally there's the Despicable ME3, which I have to admit is my personal favourite, and one that made me giggle quite a few times, just like the previous movies. This movie continues the story about Gru, Margo Edith and Agnes... And of course the Minions, and after Gru is fired from the Anti-Villain league for failing to take down the latest bad guy to threaten humanity, Gru finds himself in the midst of a major identity crisis. Then a mysterious stranger shows up to tell him that he has a long-lost twin brother who desperately wants to follow in his despicable footsteps, Gru, the former super-villain will rediscover just how good it feels to be bad. The minions of course don't disappoint with giving you plenty of laughs along the way too. A great fun movie for the whole family to enjoy.

PS - the added toys in the pic above are my boys', except for the Troll, which I've had since I was a little girl!!
