PRODUCT REVIEW: FEEL BODY CARE - 100% NATURAL AUSTRALIAN SKINCARE

There’s a lot of incredible beauty brands around the world, but lately Australia really has pumped them out too - and one amazing brand that has recently launched is Feel Body Care..

Feel Body Care is funded in Brisbane, with all products made in Australia too, from 100% natural ingredients that are vegan, paraben and cruelty free too.
I’ve put the products from the Feelin' Myself Bundle to the test, which includes;

  • Feel Body Care Feel Booty Scrub*, 100ml
  • Feel Body Care Feel Booty Cream*, 100ml
  • Feel Body Care Lumen Body Polish*, 100ml
  • Feel Body Care Sheer Body Oil*, 100ml
  • Feel Body Care Reboot Warming Face Mask*, 150ml
  • Feel Body Care Organic Bamboo Face Cloth* (not featured in picture above)

The
Feel Body Care Feel Booty Scrub is made using roasted coffee beans, walnut shell powder, pumice, pink clay, almond and coconut meal and retinol and also contains aloe vera juice, coconut and almond oil and essential oils from from Frankinsense, Juniper and orange an dis designed to help fight and reduce cellulite, diminish stretch marks and improve discolouration, while also exfoliating nourishing the skin. Consequently it is naturally designed to be used on those areas whee cellulite and stretch marks are most prominent, ie the bum and thighs.

Thanks the added kaolin (pink clay) along with the coffee and various other ‘scrubbers’, it looks a bit like a grainy mud mask. It is quite concentrated and while being coarse, it is still gentle on the skin. It is also very concentrated so you only need to use a little.

I am fortunately and don’t rally suffer with cellulite or stretch marks, in spite of having had two kids - but I still quite like using this one in the shower as one can always preventative measure. Once massaged into the bum and thighs for a few moments, I personally like to let it sit for a few moments to let the clay dry, and thereby also help draw out any impurities they may have hidden in the pores, and thus prevent small blemishes on my bootie! It has a lovely scent from the coffee and essential oils, though the scents that I find most prominent are the coffee and orange, which I am absolutely loving!

The
Feel Body Care Feel Booty Cream contains a mix of shea and cocoa butter and Hyaluronic acid to hydrate the skin for a firmer appearance, spearmint, aloe vera juice and cucumber to plump and soothe, as well as caffeine and retinol to help fight cellulite and Vitamin E protects from free radicals. It also has added essential oil from orange.

The cream has a lovely consistency and absorbs quickly without greasiness, and leaves my skin incredibly soft and smooth. It has the most beautiful scent of spearmint, which does remind me of toothpaste, but it is so gorgeous and refreshing, and a great pick-me-up in the morning, thanks to its cooling feeling on the skin,

It is also designed to be massaged into the bum cheeks and thighs, though it can also be used on the rest of the body - and I’ve actually found myself also using it as a hand cream, due to the gorgeous scent, and non-greasiness.

The
Feel Body Care Lumen Body Polish is an exfoliator intended for the whole body. It is made using coconut shell , almond meal and sandalwood powder to exfoliate and buff away dead skin cells, while the kaolin draws out any impurities. It also contains oils from coconut and almond to moisture and prevent the skin from drying out, along with vitamins A, E and B3 to help stimulate the production of new cells, help fade dark spots, and reduce topical inflammation. It also has added essential oils from coriander, nutmeg and cardamom, which gives it a somewhat spicy, yet lovely natural scent.

It also looks like a grainy mud mask thanks to the kaolin contents, and used once or twice a week, it leaves the skin feeling so soft and smooth.

Next is the
Feel Body Care Sheer Body Oil, which is a made using Sweet almond, grape seed, moringa and rosehip seed oil to help reduce eczema and acne, fight skin fatigue, and free radicals and act as an anti-inflammatory. The oil has a very light consistency, in fact it is one of the lightest body oils I’ve every used, and I love that - and it absorbs easily without any greasiness. It also has added essential oils from grapefruit and mandarin, which gives it a beautiful, fresh and zesty citrus scent, my favourite scent!!

Finally, there’s the
Feel Body Care Reboot Warming Face Mask, which is made using kaolin and infused with zeolite and oatmeal to help draw out impurities, excess oil and detox the skin to prevent blemishes, while the green tea extract and shea butter helps soothe and add antioxidants to the skin. It also has added ginger essential oil, which gives it a lovely scent and helps re-energise the skin too.

It is to be left on the skin for approx. 10 minutes to dry, before being removed with warm water and the Organic Bamboo Face Cloth, which makes it quick and easy to remove.

Afterwards, my skin feels super clean in each and every pore, my combination skin feels less greasy, but without being dried out, and my skin in general more refined and soft.

Overall, these products from Feel Body Care are nothing short of beautiful - just like their incredibly sleek and stunning black and white packaging that I just cannot get enough of.

I love the fact that the products are made using nothing but natural ingredients, with essential oils that make them smell divine at the same time. Unlike many other products, I also absolutely love that these products so not just have the standard i.e ’use within 12 month of opening’, but actually have a use by date written on the products. All brands should take note of this.

I will definitely be continuing to reach for these products, and can also see myself repurchasing. I’d also love to see more products added to the range, such as a facial scrub, and also a hand wash and hand cream as they look amazing in my powder room too!
